2. Condition of Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product(s) must meet these specific criteria:
• Unworn: The item should not show any signs of being worn, including no visible stains, odors, or damage.
• Unwashed: The item should not have been laundered or dry-cleaned.
• Original packaging: The product must be returned with all original tags, labels, and in its original packaging.
Products returned in a used or damaged condition will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Please handle all products carefully until you are sure about keeping them.
3. Refund Process
In the event that you decide to return an item that meets the return conditions:
• Refunds are issued in the form of store credit equal to the value of the returned product, excluding delivery charges.
• Store credit can be applied to future purchases on our website and will not expire.
Note: We do not offer direct refunds to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal). Refunds are solely provided as store credit.
4. Exclusions for Customized Orders
Any customized orders, including but not limited to personalized sizing, bespoke designs, or custom alterations, are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
This policy includes any item that has been altered from the original size, design, or color as per the customer’s specific request. We encourage customers to double-check all measurements and details when placing customized orders to avoid any discrepancies.
5. Resizing Policy
We offer a 90-day resizing service on all eligible products, collections, and categories. If you find that your item requires resizing within the first 90 days of purchase, please contact our team for assistance.
Resizing Terms:
• Resizing is available free of charge within 90 days.
• Resizing does not apply to customized orders or items that have been heavily altered.
• You will need to cover the shipping costs to return the product for resizing and for the resized item to be shipped back to you.
6. Exchange Policy
You can exchange a product for:
• A product of equal value, or
• A product of greater value (in which case the price difference must be paid in advance).
Please note:
• Exchanges are not permitted for items of lesser value unless store credit is requested instead of a product exchange.
• Items exchanged for a product of greater value will require you to pay the balance before the exchange can be processed.
7. Documentation Required
When returning or exchanging items, you will need to provide one of the following:
• A receipt from the original purchase.
• An order confirmation generated online when the purchase was made.
This documentation is critical to verify the purchase and confirm the eligibility for return or exchange.
8. Advances and Cancellations
For orders where an advance payment was made:
• Advances are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.
• However, upon cancellation, we can offer store credit or an adjustment of the advance toward a new order.
