RETURN AND REFUND

  • Please refer to the following guidelines for returns and exchange;

    • Time Frame for Returns: Return the product within 30 days of time for size exchange or product of an equal value.
    • Condition of Items: Products to be returned should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
    • Refund Process: Refunds are provided as store credit for products of equal value, excluding delivery charges..
    • Exclusions: Customised orders of any kind are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
    • Resizing: 90 days resizing is available on all products/collections/categories.
    • Exchange Policy: Exchange for products of equal or greater value are available, but any additional cost must be paid in advance. 
    • Documentation Required: A receipt or order confirmation generated online is required when returning items. 
    • Advances and Cancellations: Advance is non-refundable in case of order cancellation. However store credit or an adjustment against a new order can be provided if you contact our team for assistance.
    • Customer Service Contact: Feel free to contact us on whatsapp/email for customer service inquiries related to returns and refunds or assistance of any kind, we will guide you on how to send back the product. Please DONOT return anything before getting in touch with the team.
